Position : Relationship Banker - PT - (KH)
Department : Retail Banking Location : Kings Highway, Brooklyn
Provides personalized banking services to assist customers in meeting their goals with the appropriate financial products and/or services.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Promotes and sells bank products/services to potential customers.
  • Interviews customers to discover products/services that would best meet their financial needs.
  • Provides products/services recommendation to customers.
  • Forms and maintains customer relationships to increase sales potential for the bank.
  • Serves as the primary contact for customers.
  • Ensures customers' needs are appropriately met and all inquiries are answered accurately.
  • Cross-sells multiple products/services to customers.
  • Promotes Bank's products to increase deposits and meet/exceed assigned goals.
  • Informs and advises customers of status or enhancements to current account productivity, and suggests resolution on account disputes and other account activity.
  • Adheres to policies/procedures of the bank.
  • Ensures compliance with Bank, State and Federal regulations.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma/(GED) and minimum of one-year customer experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Completion of Relationship Banker training classes.
  • Ability to work in high-paced environment and multitask.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
