Mobile banking limits have been increased.

The new limits are $2,500 per business day and $5,000 in any 25 consecutive calendar-days period. The item limits are 10 items per business day and 20 items in any 25 consecutive calendar-days period.

Mobile Banking FAQs

Is Dime Mobile Banking secure?
Yes. We use online banking best practices, including HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption technology, password access and automatic application timeout, to safeguard your information. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your device and, in the event your device is lost or stolen, you can disable the service immediately through your Dime Online Banking account or by calling DimeDirect at 1-800-321-DIME (3463).
How do I make deposits?
Depositing checks is easy! Endorse the back of the check, then follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll just have to take a picture of the front and back of your check, enter the check amount and then pick the deposit account.
How do I pay bills?
To pay bills with the Mobile Banking app, you must already be enrolled in Bill Pay through your Online Banking account. Once enrolled, you’ll be able to easily schedule and cancel bill payments through the app.
What is my username and password?
Your mobile banking username and password will be the same as your Dime Online Banking account username and password.
I am having issues with iPhone X and the Mobile App.
If you are having trouble logging into your Dime Mobile Banking App through your iPhone X, try these steps to resolve: Within Online Banking on, delete the previous phones you've enrolled under the Mobile Banking Center after securely logging in. Once that step is completed, please:
  • Delete the Mobile Banking App from your new iPhone X
  • Clear the Safari browser history on your iPhone X (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data)
  • Download our Dime Mobile App and attempt to sign in.
