On June 2nd, 2026, subject to the receipt of applicable shareholder approvals, Dime Community Bank will rebrand as Dime Commercial Bank.
This rebranding aligns with our current capabilities and business model. It follows a multi-year strategic transformation that has established us as the preeminent full-service commercial bank in Metro New York.

Will there be any customer impacting system upgrades or changes?
No, there will not be any upgrades to systems or changes affecting customers.
Will there be any impact to customer access to banking systems?
No, customers will continue to access Dime’s mobile apps, online banking, and our ATMs with their same logon information and PIN.
Will there be any changes to online banking and/or treasury management services provided?
There will not be any changes to the services provided by Dime as a result of the rebrand.
Will Dime’s Routing Number or SWIFT Number change?
No, Dime’s Routing and SWIFT Number will remain the same.
Will checks or deposit slips need to be reordered with the rebrand?
No, customers can continue to use their current checks and deposit slips until it’s time to reorder.
Will new Debit Cards be issued for customers?
No, customers will not receive new debit cards as a result of the rebrand. Cards will be updated and reissued at their normal expiration.
Will customers need to update or re-sign any signature cards or agreements?
No, all existing Dime signature cards and agreements remain in effect.
What changes will customers see after June 2026?
Customers will see Dime’s name change on statements, applications, notifications, correspondence, and tax documents.
Will this impact my mortgage payments?
Dime Community Bank has been using Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (“DMI”) to service your loan under a contractual arrangement with DMI. This will continue and there is no change regarding the terms of your loan servicing as a result of the name change except that DMI will begin collecting payments in the name of Dime Commercial Bank. As a courtesy, payments will continue to be accepted in the name of Dime Community Bank, but payments should be made in the name of Dime Commercial Bank on and after June 2, 2026. You should receive a letter in mid-May with complete details.
