How do you close an account?

What is a “LOC payment”?
If you see a debit in your checking account listed as “LOC Payment” this means “Line of Credit”. There is a yearly service charge of $25.00 if you have a line of credit.
What is “POS” debit on my account?
If you see a description listed as “POS” in your checking account, it means “point-of-sale,” indicating a debit card charge. If you have questions about debit charges, contact us at 1-800-321-3463 or send a secure message through your online banking portal.
Where can I order Checks and a Debit Card online?
You can order checks by clicking the following link: deluxe.com
To request a Mastercard Debit Card for your checking account, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-321-3463.
Where is my full Account Number located online?
For security reason your full account number is not listed anywhere in your online banking portal. To obtain your full account number, visit one of our branch locations or find it on your account disclosure. We also do not provide account numbers over the phone.
This form will help you with general questions.
When messages are received during Monday- Friday, you can expect to receive a response within 24-48 hours.
Please do not send sensitive information or request for your online banking to be unlocked or reset through this form. To send us a secure message through your online banking portal, log in, then select Profile-> Message-> Compose New.
