What is a “LOC payment”?


If you see a debit in your checking account listed as “LOC Payment” this means “Line of Credit”. There is a yearly service charge of $25.00 if you have a line of credit.

What is “POS” debit on my account?


If you see a description listed as “POS” in your checking account this means “point-of-sale” which is a debit card charge. Where is my full account number located online?


For security reason your full account number is not listed anywhere in your online banking portal. If you need your full account number please visit any of our branch locations or it can be located on your account disclosure. We also do not provide account numbers over the phone.
